Kerames is located 49km south of Rethymno, close to the village Agalianos. South of the village are many beautiful beaches, with the most famous being the beaches of Akoumiani Gialia, namely Ligres, Triopetra and St. The beachfront north of Akoumiani Gialia is called Keramiani Gialia, meaning Keramean Beach, named after the nearby village. Preveli beach and lagoon, sometimes known locally as "Palm Beach", is located below the monastery of Preveli, at the mouth of the Kourtaliótiko gorge.''
The house:
One gets onto the property through the courtyard. In the courtyard there is a stair leading to the first floor, where are located the master bedroom and two verandas, enjoying views of the endless blue of the Libyan Sea and breathtaking sunsets that will captivate you. Master bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, 1 double bed and closets. On the other side of the courtyard one can enter the living room, equipped with 2 sofa-beds, 1 dining table and 1 closet. There is a separate traditional kitchen that is fully equipped, but which is not luxurious. One small bathroom is downstairs reachable through the courtyard.
