🇬🇷 Kalamarakia Tiganita (Fried Calamari) 🦑🍋🔥 Crispy, golden squid rings — a beloved Greek taverna classic.

Ingredients
• Calamari: 500 g (1.1 lb), cleaned & sliced into rings
• Flour: 100 g (¾ cup)
• Salt: ½ tsp
• Lemon: for serving
• Oil: for frying

Instructions

1️⃣ 🧂 Pat calamari dry and season with salt.
2️⃣ 🔁 Dredge in flour until well coated.
3️⃣ 🔥 Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
4️⃣ 🍋 Serve with lemon wedges immediately.
