A complex of two luxury contemporary villas in an elevated secluded hillside location directly overlooking Kathisma Beach. The property is situated on the beautiful West Coast of Lefkada Island, with outstanding panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets overlooking the Ionian Sea. Each villa has its own private infinity pool, large outdoor space and a sizeable 135m2 footprint over two levels, wi

th spectacular sea views from every room. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living room and kitchen/dining area opening directly on to a large outdoor shaded pergola, it creates an ideal entertaining and dining setting with the perfect indoor/ outdoor flow. The villas have been finished to a very high standard and are fully equipped, including all key amenities and air conditioning. They are also set up to cater for guests with young children providing cot beds, high chairs and safety gates on the stairs. The villas are exclusively managed and serviced 24/7 by our dedicated professional service manager who will meet and greet guests, welcome you and introduce you to the villas, and ensure that your entire stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible! Standard services include a mid week clean/ linen change and daily pool cleaning. Additional services can be arranged as optional extras on request. Both villas are completely independent, identical mirror opposites that have been designed to create maximum privacy. They can either be booked individually or combined exclusively for a large group. The villas are situated just 300m above the beach (by road 1KM- 2 min drive) in an elevated hillside position directly overlooking the bay, at the end of a private road with no through traffic, and the nearest neighbour over 200m away.

Hi all, just in case anyone this group is, or knows someone who is looking for last minute getaway next week from 1-8 June, please do tell them to reach out! We have available Villa Helios next week and can even consider a shorter stay (min 4-5 nights) as there are flights each day to Preveza from London /UK!

Why not?? Oceanos has now been booked. We still have a gap this week for Helios up to next Saturday 17th May, so can do a short stay of 4-5 nights if anyone is interested? Plenty of flights from London UK! Weather forecast is great!
