This is a prime example on what goes on behind instagram pics. What seems like a deserted beach, turns out as a packed beach where we just didn't enjoy ourselves that much. And the climb to this beach was exhausting too. But you have to accept the good and the bad during travels. I mean...how can this even be bad?? 😊😊 If you wanna visit the beach,it is on the most souther point of Lefkada island and it's called Agiofili beach!

5am morning on the beach. The sound of the waves slowly coming into the shore and back again into the deep. A soft breeze dancing on the pebbles. First rays of sunshine peeking from above and the slowly disappearing mist. These moments are the ones that leave you breathless when you travel. And these are the moments you go searching for when you come back to the husstleness of everyday life. So remember, when you're travelling and you find yourself not thinking about anything, laughing, when all your thoughts disappear and you feel that peace....take a minute, silence yourself and take it all in. The laughs of the people sitting beside you, the conversation you are having, everything that surrounds you....remember every bit of it and take it home with you.

I probably wouldn't be sharing this page a few month ago. Hell I probably wouldn't ever know about it. But after a series of happy coincidences life led me to volunteering on this ranch for two months this is the smallest thing I could do for them. Kamil and Itir have been saving street animals for 18 years now. They have 70+ kitties and 30+ doggos that became their family as soon as they stepped paws on their ranch. They are financing all of the animals' food, vet bills and necessities all by them selves, with no help of any charity, just their own will, love for the animals and us volunteers who's only job is to give as much love as possible to these sweet animals. Every one of these animals has a character and a different story as to how they came to the ranch and what misschieff they get up to every single day.

I will be going back to this ranch because after you've felt this place; how full of love and happiness it is, you just want to go back anytime you leave or never wanna leave at all. Hell, we are even adopting a pup from the ranch! All the way from Turkey to Croatia!

So....what I'm asking of you to do is to at least share this post!

My mind is always on the road. No matter where I am or what I'm doing. My heart is always somewhere, with someone. Travelling takes from you just as much as it gives you. A piece of your heart always stays there. I can't explain it to someone who doesn't know. I can't explain how much being on the road excites me; how much my soul needs it and just how much I'm at peace when I'm somewhere new. Whenever I come back from a trip, I show my friends and family pictures of the most special moments. But, in some way, all they see is those pictures. And I see so much more. Every picture is a memory of how much that moment changed me. It is a memory of how I felt in that moment, who I was talking to, how hot it was or how cold it was, what was in my heart at that very moment. Those pictures talk to me, they listen... And trying to find the words to describe every picture is really hard. It's almost impossible.

This is the amazing beach that has everything! Night life, pools, food, drinks, sea and most of all - you can camp here for free if you just move down about 300m :)

Just as long as you leave it as you found it! AKA don't leave trash behind you and respect the nature!

Second vlog from Greece is finally up! Give it a watch and share so your friends know where to go if their next destination is Greece!

Lefkáda is an island closest to Europe and is a perfect destination for someone who want to get a taste of greek beaches but doesn't want to go deep into the country. There are really affordable camps (prices are around 10-15€ pp), gyros' are really cheap (like 1€ or something like that) and you can even SLEEP ON THE BEACH! 😲 That's next in our GREEK VACATION series :D

I will always remember the day we bought the tickets to Paris. It was our first time ever buying a ticket and getting on a plane, let alone travelling somewhere so far away. I screamed my lungs out that day. I think my whole student dorm heard me. .

Best falafel I've ever had! Paris is so diverse, especially when it comes to food choices. If you think you can't go to Paris because it's expensive and you can't afford it - you think WRONG!! It all comes down to how you travel and what you preffer when travelling. We went to Paris, couchsurfed, saw all the attractions, ate lebanon,arabic and indian food...and some crepes, used metro, bought second-hand but new pair of converse and blabla car-ed to the airport - all for 100€ for two people. Nothing is impossible in travel if you adjust your way of travelling. Sacrifice luxury for experience! ;)
