MOUNTAIN & ROAD BIKING
We offer visitors to Lefkada daily guided mountain bike rides, from our base close to Nidri, suitable for all levels of fitness and skill. We have a fleet of NUKEPROOF hardtail and full suspension mountain bikes for use on our rides. Riders are provided with a bike, helmet and friendly expert guidance from our guide Simon.

"Can't wait until the next time...

two fantastic days riding an ebike on the island for the first time. I collected the Cube from Simon and Lucy at Get Active Lefkas and was ready to head off early into the mountains. The massive difference to riding an analog bike is that you're able to do SO much more exploring. As long as you watch your battery management you can spend hours and hours checking out isolated bays and tempting trails you may have previously passed by."

Family bike rides made possible - and a whole lot more fun. 💚

Not everyone in the family needs to ride the same bike.

Dad can bring his road-bike legs 🚴‍♂️, while an e-bike gives everyone else a little extra help when the hills get tough. And suddenly, you can all enjoy the ride together without worrying about who can keep up.

Like this kid, who decided the best way to use his e-bike was to fly past Dad on the climb… laughing all the way! 😂

Everyone heads to the beaches... but this is the Lefkada most visitors never see. 🌿

This morning, while the beaches were filling up and the search for parking had already begun, we were winding our way through mountain villages, riding quiet roads and stopping to take in views like this.

It felt like a completely different island.

One of the things we love most about Lefkada is that you don't have to choose between the sea and the mountains. In just a short ride, you can swap the crowds for birdsong, olive groves and peaceful villages where life moves at its own pace.
