These crystal-blue waters take us back to the unforgettable summer of 2025.
A season filled with great fishing, wonderful people, authentic Greek food, and unique experiences that created lifelong memories and friendships.
Now, with the summer of 2026 just around the corner, we are ready to welcome you once again. Poseidon leaves winter behind and returns shortly, dressed at his best, to open the new season.

We’ll show you step by step how to clean the fish, from start to finish, in a relaxed and friendly way. No pressure, no judgment — just helping hands and good vibes. Everyone learns at their own pace, and before you know it, you’ll be doing it confidently too!

So don’t hesitate, don’t doubt yourself — come and give it a try. It’s easier than you think, and it’s even better when we do it together. The sea brings us the catch, and we make it part of the story.

The Gambari Shrimp of Kefalonia – A Historic Treasure of the Sea

Historically, the gambari shrimp held special significance for Kefalonian fishermen, symbolizing the island’s rich marine life. It was caught in deep waters around the island using traditional techniques and was mostly prepared in local dishes, such as saganaki or simply boiled with lemon and herbs.

Over time, the reputation of Kefalonia’s gambari shrimp spread, and today it is considered one of the finest-quality shrimp in the Mediterranean. The crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea and the unique underwater landscape provide an ideal environment for its reproduction and growth.

Sunset Fishing & Sailing Magic | July 1st

Our very first Sunset Fishing & Sailing Experience was nothing short of magical! Two lovely couples joined us for an unforgettable afternoon at sea. 🛥️✨

We started with a refreshing swim, followed by a delicious dinner on board. As the sun began to set, we hoisted the sail and let the sound of the waves guide us into the golden hour. 🌊🌞

Cocktails in hand, they soaked in the breathtaking views — the perfect blend of nature, relaxation, and a touch of adventure. 🍹🌅

Yesterday’s trip was truly unforgettable!
We had a wonderful time with both young and old enjoying every moment.
The photos say it all—tables full of delicious seafood, wine, shrimp, fish, and all kinds of tasty meze. There was laughter, good company, and even some fish cleaning happening on the spot!
A perfect day filled with great flavors, beautiful views, and warm memories shared among friends and family.
