Ο Επίσκοπος Μεθώνης Γρηγόριος τον Μάρτιο του 1821 συγκέντρωσε τους Έλληνες οπλαρχηγούς στον προαύλιο χώρο της εκκλησίας του Μεσοχωρίου Πυλίας, όπου τέλεσε δοξολογία, ευλόγησε τα όπλα και κήρυξαν την επανάσταση στην Πυλία.

Στις 29/03/2026 έγινε αναπαράσταση του όρκου των αγωνιστών στον Ιερό Ναό του Σωτήρος Μεσοχωρίου. Την διοργάνωση ανέλαβε ο Πολιστιστικός Σύλλογος Μεσοχωρίου.

Welcome to a unique, hands-on natural dyeing workshop!

We are going to explore the magic of using flowers, leaves, roots and barks to naturally dye silk scarves or cotton tote bags. You are going to learn how to bundle dye with fresh and dried natural material to create beautiful, organic designs on fabric and create your one - of - a kind naturally dyed silk scarf or tote bag to take home !

NATURAL SOAP MAKING WORKSHOP!

Join us for a creative 2-hours handmade workshop to become a soap-maker!
In this workshop you will learn the secrets of the cold process soap making. We will use mainly olive oil, as we are located in the messinian countryside surrounded by olive trees, but we will also use other vegetable oils like avocado oil, almond oil, coconut oil, castor oil and shea butter to enrich our formulas with their moisturizing and nourishing qualities. We will add essential oils and natural ingredients like spices, fruits, roots and barks to give our soaps heavenly aromas and vivid colours.
You are invited to personalize your soap by using local ingredients and plant extracts obtained directly from our farm. Our workshop is a hands-on experience taking into account all protective measures during the procedure.
Each guest will create 2 bars of soap (110 - 130 gr each) to take away, perfect for gifts and personal use.

Την Σταυρούλα την γνωρίσαμε πριν λίγες μέρες στο Open Farm , στο πλαίσιο του Plato's plate🙏 Ήρθε η ώρα να πάμε να τους δούμε και στην μονάδα τους!

O επισκέπτης έχει την δυνατότητα να δει στον ελαιώνα τον τρόπο ελαιοσυγκομιδής, ακριβώς όπως γίνεται την αντίστοιχη εποχή, τις παλαιές μυλόπετρες και την πρέσα λαδιού του 19ου αι., ένα μοντέρνο ελαιοτριβείο και να γνωρίσει όλα τα στάδια παραγωγής του ελαιολάδου.

Οι ιδιοκτήτες εξηγούν όλα τα στάδια της ελαιοπαραγωγής και μαθαίνουν όλα τα μυστικά του ποιοτικού ελαιολάδου και της γευσιγνωσίας του. Οι επισκέπτες έχουν την δυνατότητα να δοκιμάσουν 2-3 διαφορετικά εξαιρετικά παρθένα ελαιόλαδα.

Κατά την περιήγησή του στο κτήμα ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να γνωρίσει ενδημικά φυτά και βότανα της περιοχής και της Ελλάδας, ανάλογα με την εποχή και να μάθει την ωφέλειά τους για την υγεία.

Προσφέρονται: βυσσινάδα, ένα δροσερό τσάι από τα τοπικά βότανα, λαλάγγια, ξηρά σύκα, ελιές.
Επίσης, ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να αγοράσει προϊόντα του κτήματος και άλλων τοπικών παραγωγών που πωλούνται στον χώρο.
