Our homemade ice cream begins with fresh Naxian milk and real cacao, then comes the unexpected part: orange olive oil made by pressing olives and whole oranges together. No artificial flavouring, no orange syrup, just real ingredients creating something completely unique.

Deeply chocolatey, naturally fragrant and made right here in our workshop. 🍫🍊

Being an educator for 16 years has naturally shaped every experience I create.

I love asking questions, sharing stories and encouraging people to discover things for themselves. This approach is at the heart of our Family Treasure Hunt, but it is also part of every food tour, tasting and cooking experience I host.

Teaching has shown me how to make learning feel fun, simple and personal. Honestly, I wouldn’t know how to create my experiences any other way. 💛
