This beautiful villa is located on a hillside, 300m from the amazing beaches of Mikri Vigla and offers the convenience of being accessible to some of the finest beaches in Europe, whilst retaining a level of tranquility. Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, fitted cupboards, air conditioning leading on to a huge terrace with a large 45sqm swimming pool, outside shower and an outside eating area with gardens and fantastic views across the Aegean. On the top floor there are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, shower room and doors leading out to private terraces with amazing views. There are 2 single fold down beds available. Private driveway with off street parking.
Mikri Vigla is best known for its spectacular sandy beaches, crystal clear azure blue waters, one of the best natural coastlines in the Mediterranean. The beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction, along the south west coast of Naxos Island. This wonderful villa is located on a hillside, a 10 minute walk to the beach with sun beds and umbrellas available for hire. Located near the beach there are restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and an ATM/cash machine. Mikri Vigla/Parthena beach has some of the best kitesurfing and windsurfing in Europe, there are 3 surf schools on the beach with great equipment for hire. There is a mini market a short 5 minute walk from the Villa. A car is recommended, however there is a bus service to Naxos town.
Adjacent to Mikri Vigla is the beautiful 4km long sandy beach of Sahara/Kastraki, where even in the height of summer you can enjoy the tranquility and be alone. Along the coast towards Naxos town there are the wonderful blue flag beaches of Plaka, Agia Anna and Prokopios.
Naxos averages more than 10 hours of sunshine a day in the summer months and almost no rain in June, July and August, and was recently voted the 6th best island in the world by reviewers.
