In 2018, we set out to offer something new, opening a new path - a journey into the heart of Naxos through its food and culture.

Since then, roots deepened, bonds strengthened, stories unfolded.

This video, filmed in 2023 by our dear partner Zorbabook, is a glimpse into the chapters that brought us here - a reminder that every step, even the hardest ones, helped us become who we are today.
Season after season, we have grown stronger, wiser, and proud to walk this path with the right people by our side.

Our journey has continued and we are proud to have created new opportunities for farmers, artisans, and the local community - without whom we would have never made it all happen.

Seven seasons later, we are grateful for every hand that has built this path with us and for every story told along the way.
Grateful for our providers, the blessed land and all the guests who have trusted us along the way.

The journey continues - and the best is yet to come.

Ever tried stuffed vegetables (gemistá)?
Come cook with us up at the dairy farm!

Gemistá is an iconic Greek dish, best enjoyed in the summer when all the vegetables are nice and fresh.

A fussy but quite simple recipe, really.

And after you're done cooking, we'll take a stroll around the farm to see all the interesting spots, meet and feed the farm animals and then we'll enjoy our meal under the shade of an olive tree - along with a few glasses of house wine!

My wish for this New Year would be to explore more!
There is so much beauty out there, waiting to be discovered.

But, let’s keep an explorer’s mindset even when not travelling, even when homebound.
Who knows what new aspects of an otherwise well-known territory we might stumble upon.

Like the fact that this time of the year, the part of Naxos shown in these pics is full of the best kind of oregano - a typical food spice in Greece, but also a truly precious medicine!

Here’s to a new year of (re)discoveries, with Authenticity being the ultimate goal!

Although not exactly a food-based tour, our “All the Marble”experience is always something we look forward to!
Being up at the quarry is just breathtaking every-single-time and there’s always something new to learn.

Apart from being unique its kind, this experience really dives deep into the world of Naxian Marble - our most ancient and awesome product! Aaaand of course it includes a plentiful meal at the “marble village”, Apiranthos!
