Since 2018, our heart has been in the highlands, the hidden kitchens, and the stories of the people who make Naxos what it is. 🌿

What started with a simple mission to share the real Naxos has turned into nearly a decade of unforgettable meals and lifelong friendships. We’ve stayed «rooted in community» from day one, honoring the traditions that make every bite of our island so special. 🧀🍷

The scenery might change, but our passion for authentic «philema» (treats) remains exactly the same. Thank you for making these years so incredible.

Little gifts from Nature! 🐝🍯

After a month of eating baguettes, tapas and pintxos, an unreasonable amount of oysters, drinking our body weight in wine and vermouth, devouring dangerous quantities of unidentified stinky cheeses, discovering the beauty of Basque cuisine, being spoiled by Italian & French chefs and lovingly hosted by dear friends in the south of France - and probably going on a few too many food & wine tours (purely for research, obviously)… 🙌

…We can say that this trip really had it all - a much needed refill of energy and inspiration!

👩🏻‍💻Now we’re back in Naxos, carefully preparing the next chapter of Philema.

This new season brings:
