Σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στο κέντρο με τις ταβέρνες, τα μπαρ, τα καταστήματα και να κολυμπήσετε στη βραβευμένη με γαλάζια σημαία παραλία της Νέας Περάμου. ☀️ This year, Casa Adélia brand offers the Adélia Garden apartment.

⛱ It is located in a quiet neighborhood of Nea Peramos, just 10 minutes walking from the centre where you can find tavernas, bars, shops and the local beach. Within a 5 minute drive, you can also reach Ammolofoi beach, which is popular for its crystal clear waters.

🏡 The house is ground-floor (42 sq.m.) and consists of one bedroom, living room with kitchen / dining area, bathroom and a small balcony with immediate access to a beautiful, common garden.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 It can host up to 4 guests.

💶 Price per night: from 50 EUR to 80 EUR depending on the season.

Last January we sadly announced that Casa Adelia will not operate any apartments during 2020 due to ownership status changes. However, the latest global events caused delays in transfer procedures. This unexpected situation though, allowed us to offer one renovated apartment in Nea Peramos for this summer!

Dear friends, I would like to inform you that from January 2020, our apartments Casa Adélia in Nea Peramos will not be available for rent due to changes in ownership status.
I want to thank all those who worked hard to establish Casa Adélia as one of the most successful accommodation in the region. And of course, many thanks to you all, our amazing guests, for your endless trust and support. I hope we'll have a chance to host you again at our other projects, "Pelagos View" or "Sun Thalassa".
