Thrilled to announce our second touristic development project under the name eviafiloxenia after the villa_rokanes’ success inspired by our visitors’ love in combination with our passion to continue to further explore the local Southevian beauties.

Our goal is to continue injecting passion, energy and love to create a unique retreat with cutting edge design respecting the natural environment in order to welcome our visitors for revitalizing experiences.

In full development our new project foresees 4 autonomous stone villas with separate pools, areas to relax and enjoy dinner at sunset and jacuzzies accommodating minimum:

1* 8 people

1* 4 people

And 2* 2 people

and common areas for kids’ playgrounds, sports & yoga activities.

The first new villa accommodating 8 people will be ready by Easter 2025 and the rest God’s will are expected to gradually be delivered by summer 2026. Special thanks to our RWTH-Aachen/ head Civil Engineer Jannis Kyriakopoulos and the.house.of.prince.gr
