This traditional farm house converted into a luxurious holiday home, has lost none of its original charm.
Situated in the midst of an olive grove near Gaios, the main village of Paxos, the house enjoys peace and quiet, even in the midst of the high season.
The lovely, old fashioned interiors with a chic style shows in every corner. Simplicity at its best, the outside areas are what make this house special – the big pool area and various places to sit in the shade are all very comfortable.
The setting is wonderfully romantic in the rustling olive groves with just the cicadas to serenade you as you settle down with an ice cold glass of wine in the evening.
Villa Anna comprises one main house with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open space lounge – brand new kitchen – dinning room and an independent Studio.
The Studio situated near the pool with its own kitchenette and bathroom welcomes two more guests.

Nerantzi is a beautiful house which overlooks the west coast of the island and is set in a peaceful olive grove in the hamlet of Manesatika.
The house is all on one level with doors that open up on to the garden and pool area. It is tastefully decorated with quirky artwork hanging from almost every wall. It has a mix of beautiful old furniture which has been paired well with newer modern pieces.
The high ceilings and large windows give the house light and airy feel.
The lounge and kitchen are open plan with a large breakfast bar separating the two rooms.
All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have air-conditioning and mosquito nets on windows.
The pool is large and has plenty of space around it to relax on the sun loungers. Around the pool there are many wonderful plants and trees and an amazing view of the sea!
There is plenty of seating outside the house, in and out of the shade. As well as the most fabulous outdoor kitchen with a gas stove and BBQ and a large table that can seat 8 people easily.
