It is built on a plot of 1.000 sqm with olive trees, lawn, large terrace, gazebo and has direct access to the beach. You will find 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove and kitchenware. We don’t have a swimming pool, because you have your own secluded beach of the Ionian sea, as few people have access to it. The crystal clear sea with blue waters and rich

Η “Αρμονία” είναι μία ανεξάρτητη παραθαλάσσια, εξοχική μονοκατοικία. Βρίσκεται μεταξύ του χωριού της Λυγιάς (1.300μ.) και της οργανωμένης παραλίας Βράχου-Λούτσας (800μ.), στη Πρέβεζα.
Είναι κτισμένη σε οικόπεδο 1.000μ2, με ελαιόδεντρα, γκαζόν, μεγάλη βεράντα, κιόσκι κι έχει άμεση πρόσβαση (συνορεύει) με τη παραλία.
Θα βρείτε 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες κι ένα καθιστικό με κουζίνα, η οποία περιλαμβάνει ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα κι όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη.
Δεν διαθέτουμε πισίνα, επειδή έχετε στα πόδια σας τη δική σας απομονωμένη παραλία του Ιονίου, καθώς λίγοι άνθρωποι έχουν πρόσβαση σε αυτή, μακρυά από το θόρυβο, το συνωστισμό κι από ... ανεπιθύμητους επισκέπτες. Η πεντακάθαρη θάλασσα με τα καταγάλανα νερά και τη πλούσια θαλάσσια πανίδα, τη καθιστούν ιδανική για κολύμπι και ψαροντούφεκο.
Η Αρμονία βίλα απέχει 30χλμ. από την Πρέβεζα και 25χλμ. από την Πάργα. Η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο του Ακτίου είναι 35χλμ.

Armonia Villa is a beachfront (private beach), detached, holiday home. It is located between the village of Ligia (1300m.) and the organized beach Vrachos-Loutsa (800m.), in Preveza.
It is built on a plot of 1.000 sqm with olive trees, lawn, large terrace, gazebo and has direct access to the beach.

You will find 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and kitchenware.
We don’t have a swimming pool, because you have your own secluded beach of the Ionian sea, as few people have access to it. Away from the noise, overcrowding and from unwanted visitors. The crystal clear sea with blue waters and rich marine life, make it ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

Also in the whole property, you are going to be all alone. There are no other rooms, houses, etc builded inside the plot, so you'll have your privacy and also you don't have to share something in the garden with someone else. Not even the sunbeds and the umbrellas that we provide you at the beach, are going to be used by someone else.

Armonia Villa is 28 km from Preveza and 27 km from Parga. The distance from the Aktion Airport is 32 km.
