February in Greece has become a tradition by now. I come home to get everything ready for the new season. You can hear the sound of drills everywhere, everyone rushing to finish the work before the tourists arrive.

You quickly get used to the slow pace of the island and, if you’re lucky enough to find some sunshine, you can already feel that spring is about to begin.

Ten years ago, I bought my house in Crete. This is one of the first picture I took with , who on the night I arrived on the island took me for a walk to see all the houses that were for sale in the town of Rethymno. Without him and .armando.design , my dream probably wouldn’t have come true in such a perfect way. I can’t believe it’s already been ten years. It was certainly challenging, but I’ve always liked taking risks—and if you dare, life can take you very far!
