Nestled in the picturesque village of Episkopi, just a 5-minute drive from sandy beaches and traditional tavernas, the villa is a perfect sanctuary for those seeking privacy and relaxation. Lounge under the Cretan sun by your heated pool or unwind in the bubbling spa whirlpool with a cocktail in hand. On balmy evenings, gather around the BBQ and dine alfresco beneath the stars, while children explore the expansive garden playground. This captivating home lays in 1,5 acre of outstanding natural beauty, with a 500m² lawn covered area and is embellished with a 35m² private heated swimming pool with a special children’s pool compartment, as well as a six seater -heated spa whirlpool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. The Villa boasts BBQ facilities (charcoal) for culinary wonders, as well as a shaded outdoor dinning area. With outdoor settings & tableware, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper in the al fresco dining area. Cook up a wild foraged feast or enjoy the perfect spot for an evening glass of wine.�

Family Friendly:
An outdoor playground is also available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, seesaw and several outdoor toys. Bonus: Practice your skills on the outdoor Ping Pong table and enjoy endless hours of fun & relaxation with your loved ones.�

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: �
- Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
�- Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 35€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
�- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Internal Living | Beds & Baths
Cleverly designed indoor living and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, accommodating up to 8 guests in real beds. In addition, 2 more guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed (which can be placed either in one of the double bedrooms with the Queen Size beds, or in the living room area) and the other one in the single sofa of the living room. Location & Directions of Villa Etesians

There are two ways to reach the island of Crete:

BY BOAT: From Piraeus port, daily departures to Souda port of Chania or to the port of Heraklion.

BY PLANE: There are two international airports on the island: in Chania and in Heraklion.

DISTANCES

Chania Airport: 55 km (50 min. drive to Episkopi village).

Souda Port of Chania: 40 km (40min. drive to Episkopi village).

Heraklion Port or Airport: 98 km (70 min. drive to Episkopi village).

From Chania airport or Souda port: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymnon. Take the highway. After 54km approximately you will reach the junction to Episkopi Village. There turn right and follow the signs to Episkopi/Argyroupolis Springs. 1km later you will reach Villa Etesians at your left before the canteen resting area and before Episkopi village.

From airport or harbour of Heraklion: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymnon – Chania. Take the highway. Pass all the exits to Rethymnon and continue, headed in the direction Chania. At the exit to Episkopi, turn left and follow the signs to Episkopi/Argyroupolis Springs. 1km later you will reach Villa Etesians at your left before the canteen resting area and before Episkopi village.
