Eumelia villa is the magical place you have been searching for your summer holiday, the ideal spot to reconnect with your self and loved ones. Take the desired distance from the busy city life and take full advantage of this dreamy haven! More often than not, everything is new when we go through a good journey…smells, language, cultures, even in ourselves there is something new! Eumelia villa will offer you the chance to rest under the shadowy trees, listen to the nature’s music and smell the perfume of Cretan wild countryside! At the same time, conveniently located close to the nearby village (just a short 10 minute drive), where you can find all necessary daily amenities, including a bakery, grocery store, mini market, taverna, cafe and some excellent local cheese shops, Eumelia villa ensures your comfort!
During your stay you shouldn’t let the opportunity to walk, hike or jog around the area go unexploited.The song birds and cicadas will keep you company, day and night and your body and mind will benefit from the fresh, revitalising country side air! For the more adventurous ones, we can help you arrange a hiking trip in paths and caves with an expert guide! Moreover, the sandy beach of Frangokastello, famous for its Venetian castle, is a short drive away and worth a visit!
Exterior The 500 m2 outdoor terrace of Eumelia villa is the epitome of living close to nature! Magnificent views of the surrounding landscape and hills, will make you gaze in awe, while the sunset will be an unforgettable memory! During the day, you will have the chance to sunbathe and dive in the private swimming pool (25 m2 and 1,40m deep), while afterwards you can read your favourite books or take a nap at the sun beds under the shade of the trees! An outdoor shower is also available for your outmost convenience. Furthermore, one of the nicest things you will experience staying at Eumelia villa is being able to see the beauty that the night sky holds. Away from the town lights, the stars shine with a luminosity that is unparalleled. Prepare your home made meal at the traditional oven and enjoy al fresco dining with your family or friends, at the outdoor dining area next to the pool, while enjoying the cool summer breeze.
Interior This lovely ground floor Villa covers 120m2 and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in its 3 bedrooms and its contemporary design offers all the amenities for a carefree, self catering vacation! The open plan living room area features a cosy sitting area, complemented by the stone built open fireplace. After ascending a few steps the fully equipped kitchen invites you to be creative, using the local produce for your recipes! Additionally, two different dining areas are also available indoors! Moving in, the master bedroom of Eumelia villa features a comfortable double bed (1,60X2,00) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.The remaining two bedrooms provide two single beds each (0,90X2,00), one of them also offering direct access to the pool terrace. Moreover, an additional, family bathroom boasting a shower cabin is also at the guests’ disposal.
