Good afternoon everyone,

Thank you all for being here as we unveil Kitler’s memorial.

When we first shared the idea of creating a lasting tribute to Kitler, we never imagined just how much love and support we would receive. Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Friends of Pefkos members, Kitler’s legacy will live on for many years to come.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to the Friends of Pefkos admin team, moderators and group experts for their support throughout this project. Thank you to Andrea and Rhodes Strays for everything they do for the cats of Pefkos, to Stef from ABC for giving Kitler his forever home here, and to the talented artist, Yiannis from Rhodes Town, whose craftsmanship has brought Kitler back to life so beautifully.

Kitler brought smiles to thousands of visitors over more than 15 years, and today we’re proud that future tourists and locals can continue to stop, take a photo, remember him, and help support the stray cats of Pefkos through his legacy.

Please do take lots of photos with Kitler, share them with us and with the world, and help keep his memory alive.

Thank you all for making this possible, and here’s to Kitler—a cat who will never be forgotten.

Have some great photos from your time in Pefkos? We’d love to see them!

Whether it’s holiday memories, weddings, family celebrations, the Kitlers Memorial, our famous stray cats, local events, or simply your favourite Pefkos moments, send them to us and share them with the community.

By submitting your photos or videos, you give Friends of Pefkos permission to feature them on our Resort Guide, the Members’ Photos & Videos section of our website, and our social media platforms.

Please allow 24–48 hours for your content to appear. To ensure all members have the opportunity to be featured, photos and videos may be removed after a period of time to make room for new submissions. So keep sending us your latest Pefkos memories throughout the year...we’d love to see them!

Come and join Emma, Chris, Tracy & Pefkos Sue for a night full of fun, laughter and great company! Whether you’re looking to catch up with old friends or make brand-new ones, this is the perfect chance to do it.
