Layout Iris & Espera Residences, are well suited both as a couple's coastal retreat or a family’s self-catered getaway! The Residences can accommodate up to 7 (Iris) or 6 (Espera) guests in their three spacious bedrooms. Interior The interior layout of both Residences works beautifully. All set on the ground floor, the 145 m2 Villas are very convenient for families with small children or older people. Entering, each Villa features a modern, open-plan area where the living room area and the fully equipped kitchen are located. Double doors lead directly to the private pool and terrace. Some steps further you will find the elegantly decorated bedrooms, bedecked in fine linens and cloud-soft pillows to ensure a blissful night's sleep. There are also two modern bathrooms in each Villa, one of them featuring a bath tub and the other one a shower cabin, providing the perfect space to pamper yourself after a long day at the beach and sea! Exterior Multiple broad and tall double doors functioning as portals inviting you to move seamlessly in and out. Lead through the wooden front gate and you are quite literally right on the beach, dig your toes in the sand and enjoy a wonderful seaside break. The 100 m2 outside area of each Villa is a perfect haven in which to kick back and relax, whether it’s just the two of you enjoying a romantic escape or you’re sharing the space with family and friends. Allow your self to enjoy the stunning private swimming pool (6x3 meters and 1.2 meters deep), which is wonderfully lit at night, and relax at the grassy garden or sunny slate terrace to the sounds of the sea. Have a homemade meal with traditional local products and prepare it at the BBQ facilities available at the terrace. At the outside dinning area, under the shade of a white linen umbrella, enjoy an unforgettable al fresco supper experience. The front deck, which faces directly to the sea, has the best sunset views, perfect to enjoy the real Mediterranean feel. This is the perfect area from which to fully appreciate your spectacular setting!
