We set off during the most magical hour of the day, as the sun was setting over the beautiful waters of Symi… 🌅💙

The evening was filled with fishing, beautiful catches and unforgettable moments at sea. 🎣🐟
And of course… the fishing rods were never missing! 😉

After an unforgettable fishing experience, we enjoyed a refreshing evening swim under the beautiful Symi sky 🌊🌙
Ended our trip with the most delicious BBQ, surrounded by good company, laughter and the magic of the sea! 🔥🐟🍽️

Yesterday at sea was one of those days you don’t easily forget…
With our guests-friends at Symi Fishing Trips, the highlight of the day was traditional rod fishing 🎣 ... simple, relaxing, and full of joy. And the sea rewarded us: fresh bogues ("gopes"), straight from the water to the table!
We grilled them over charcoal with just a squeeze of lemon… and the taste was pure perfection. Fresh, honest flavour...
But what truly made the day special wasn’t only the fishing or the food. It was the atmosphere. We became one group, sharing laughs, sunshine, and the calm rhythm of the sea. Simple moments, real connection.

✨ Yesterday we had another incredible day at sea with some very special guests! 🎣☀️

Our adventure started by catching our own bait and learning together how to prepare the longline using traditional Symi shrimp 🦐

And the best part? 🔥
We enjoyed the freshest dentex on the BBQ — a beautiful fish of around 5kg, caught the previous night by our captain especially for our lovely group!

On our longline we also caught a beautiful 2kg red porgy 🐟, visited the famous seal cave where the little seal came out to greet us 🦭, and of course swam in the most beautiful crystal-clear waters 💙

A day full of sea, smiles, authentic fishing traditions, and unforgettable memories 🌊
