✨ Yesterday we had another incredible day at sea with some very special guests! 🎣☀️

Our adventure started by catching our own bait and learning together how to prepare the longline using traditional Symi shrimp 🦐

And the best part? 🔥
We enjoyed the freshest dentex on the BBQ — a beautiful fish of around 5kg, caught the previous night by our captain especially for our lovely group!

On our longline we also caught a beautiful 2kg red porgy 🐟, visited the famous seal cave where the little seal came out to greet us 🦭, and of course swam in the most beautiful crystal-clear waters 💙

A day full of sea, smiles, authentic fishing traditions, and unforgettable memories 🌊

On one of our fishing trips, we had the pleasure of enjoying one of the most authentic traditional Symi meze dishes! 🐚⚓

Fresh shellfish straight from the sea, known in Symi by their local names:
“Hochlious”, “Fouskes” and “Patelines” – what we call the limpets here!
All gathered from the crystal-clear waters of Symi. 🌊

This delicious meze was prepared right after a dive by our captain "Panormitis" himself, who brought them up fresh from the sea rocks ! 🤿🐟

Simply served with virgin olive oil, lemon, and a glass of ouzo – just the way it should be! 🫒🍋🥃

A true sea treasure, made the way only a local fisherman knows how!

Fishermen for a day… foodies for life! 🎣
Today’s catch: red porgy("fagri") and lots of white seabream("gopes"), straight from the sea to our plate! 🤤🍽️

A bit of fishing, a splash in the sea, lots of laughs and… some seriously tasty bites!
