Eight air conditioned, self-catering studios each with its own private balcony or private patio with a superb sea view, twin-bedded bedroom with shower en-suite and open-plan living room with kitchenette. The suites are spacious and individually decorated with elegant yet relaxed furnishings. Perched on a hillside of olive groves, gardens and gravel pathways, this boutique-style villa blends with

the peaceful surroundings. The south-facing studios overlook flower-filled gardens and provide stunning views of passing boats and ferries. We arrange your car hire, recommend where to go on Skiathos and neighbouring islands, and assist with restaurant recommendations and bookings. We will also meet you on your arrival, as we love to be of service, and try to ensure that you have the best holiday ever.

We were incredibly touched to receive this beautiful hand-painted watercolour from our wonderful guests. It perfectly captures the view from their favourite spot on the patio, where they love to sit each morning with a coffee and each evening with a glass of wine, simply taking in the sea, the islands, and the peaceful tranquillity that surrounds Villa Athena.

To know that these moments meant enough to inspire such a thoughtful gift is truly humbling.
