"Makridis Summer Villas" is a summer holiday complex with a wonderful view of the Sea. You consist of two two-story buildings, four modern apartments fully equipped. The buildings have an enclosed secure four acre yard with parking, basketball and playground. At 350 meters, approximately, you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area. The entire complex can accommodate up to 23 people including children.

An entire house next to the sea (just 5 meters). The house has an open plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with single bed, WC, 2 TVs. Second separate kitchen and laundry mattress. Ιt features air conditioning, central heating and a large fireplace for the winter. A Also has a garden yard and 2 huge palm trees a barbecue and a unique view ... There is a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, electric stove, pots, toaster, hair, dishes, glasses, cutlery and towels, towels.
Guests can enjoy their bathrooms at the best beach in the area and the organized beach bar of the area.
The archaeological site of Abdera and the port of Abdera are 2 km away. A little further down there is the "Meze" - Breakfast & Grill with Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with a market and just below the famous beach bar of Myrodatos and the "Gorgona" Fish Tavern of Karatsopanakis. Also within 5 km are the beautiful Avdira with taverns, pizzerias and shops.
The neighborhood consists of holiday homes and its inhabitants are quiet and welcoming.
In the summer months there were regular public transport throughout the day with the city of Xanthi (30 km).
