Villa Antonio "Villa Antonio", with its own private pool is situated among an olive grove in Zakynthos island. Comprising of 3 bedrooms is suitable for 8 people.

Set in over 2000 sq meters of private fenced olive grove and gardens, you will experience an authentic Greek holiday in your own fully serviced bed and breakfast villa, a real, relaxing home from home. Built on a raised platform, the villa is surrounded by fruit and olive trees and benefits from the warmth of the sun all day long. On entering the front door, there is a double bedroom, with the ben

efit of full air conditioning, a comfortable lounge/dining room with an open fire and a small open plan fully equipped kitchen, also a WC/ cloakroom. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, with two more double bedrooms, and a shared WC/shower room. There is also drinks making facilities. The views from the upstairs bedrooms are lovely and far reaching, looking out above the tops of the olive groves towards the main Zakynthos town, the cliffs at Chrystal beach and the small island of Pelouzo. Outside to the rear, a large raised patio, with views through the olive grove, is ideal for, alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing. After dark, enjoy star gazing into the small hours. The fertile soil, produces a good variety of organic fruit, herbs and vegetables, used in the preparation of meals when available. A short walk through the shade of the olive grove, brings you to the hobby farm, which plays host to a variety of small animal livestock (seasons permitting) including chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, some sheep and goats. For our younger guests, there is a safe, shaded children’s play area with sand and water play, rope and tyre swings and climbing games. The children can learn about, growing herbs and fresh vegetables, what uses they have, how chickens lay their eggs and even collect their own fresh eggs for breakfast. As some facilities are shared, we feel the villa is suitable for a family with children or a group of friends or colleagues sharing.

COVID-19 H&S plan

Dear Guests,
We are happy to announce, the official re-opening of both our villas Villa Antonio and Villa Spiros, on July 1st 2020.

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees are of our top priority. Therefore, we are closely monitoring and implementing the latest developments, standards and protocols related to COVID-19, issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Greek government, the Ministry of Health and public health officials.
Below is an update of our plans for the next period of time.

Our cancellation policy
The new law provides that all advanced payments of bookings cancelled from 25.02.2020 until 30.09.2020 due to COVID-19, shall not be refunded but a voucher valid for 18 months will be issued instead.
All direct or through other platforms refundable or non-refundable bookings for the season 2020 can be modified without extra fees for future travel through season 2020 or 2021. You should get in touch with us or the respective platform in order to modify your reservation or get the voucher.

Our commitment to health and safety
Considering the health and safety of our guests and staff as our top priority, we assure you that our integrated Health and Safety plan incorporates all measures, specifications and procedures across all premises to address the new COVID-19.

2. Intensified cleaning & disinfection across all high-volume touchpoints & guestrooms.
3. Disinfectant dispensers for guests in communal areas.
4. High standards of food safety – HACCP procedures.
5. Social distancing specifications in common areas.
6. Simple & fast check-in / check-out procedures.
7. Doctors on call 24/7 to provide special care to our guests.
8. Ongoing training for our staff.
9. Disinfection of villas’ transfers cars before and after every transfer.
10. Awareness campaign before and during arrival.

Staff
Training for all staff on hygiene, prevention measures and routine followed on COVID-19 reported incident.
Staff will be measured at the beginning of each shift as part of individual responsibility
And equipped with special mask, gloves and robe.
Social distancing measures.

Villa
Complete disinfection of rooms, bathrooms and all high touchpoints.
Extra pillows and blankets will be supplied upon request.
Social distancing between cleaning stuff and guests.
Disinfection of all furniture made out of fabric with steam cleaners and siinfectants.
All cleaning and disinfectant materials used are non-toxic and safe particularly for people with allergies.
Natural ventilation of rooms after evacuation.
Simple and fast electronic check-in and check-out.
Upon arrival, guests will have an induction on Health & Safety instructions.
Disinfection and sterilization of room keys, AC and TV remote controls after each use.

Communal areas
Increased cleaning and disinfection across all high volume touchpoints.
Health stations and disinfectant dispensers

Guests advised to
Maintain social distancing.
Wash and disinfect your hands frequently.
Maintain a good personal hygiene.
Change daily into clean clothes.
Avoid touching eyes nose and mouth.
Cover your mouth and nose if you sneeze or cough.
In case you are not feeling well stay in your room and contact your host.
