Guatemalan pride in full display! 🇬🇹🎉

Yesterday, September 15th, we celebrated Guatemala’s Independence Day—and we lived it to the fullest across our campus! 💙🤍

From delicious traditional chocobananos brought by our EX team to LATAM Stay Safe decorating site with iconic Guatemalan symbols, the energy was electric. Our food vendors brought incredible local flavors, bringing the celebration directly to 945 team members for a day packed with tradition, connection, and pride.

Moments like these show what happens when culture and community come together under one roof.

A little kindness can brighten someone’s whole world. 💛✨

The LATAM Stay Safe (LSS) and EX teams joined forces across our campuses in Colombia and Guatemala to hold space for the celebration of life and spread hope. 🇨🇴🇬🇹

In Colombia, our workspaces turned yellow as the team wore yellow and shared inspiring anonymous notes of encouragement. Meanwhile in Guatemala, we hosted an insightful awareness session focused on practical self-care, mental wellness, and mutual support.

Taking care of ourselves and checking in on each other is what keeps our community strong.

We recently marked International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples by reflecting on the rich cultures, languages, and heritage that enrich our global community.

In the Mayan K'iche' language, Ch'umilal means "destiny" or "stellar," stemming from ch'umil (star). In Mayan tradition, stars serve as guides that light our path forward.

In emergency situations, every second counts! 🚨⛑️

Through our regional LATAM Stay Safe program, our Emergency Brigades in Colombia 🇨🇴 and Guatemala 🇬🇹 recently completed intensive training sessions to sharpen their first aid and emergency response skills.

Because well-being is more than a checkbox at IntouchCX, our brigade members trained hard on fast scene assessments, severe bleeding control with tourniquets, patient stabilization, and quick action protocols to keep everyone safe across our campuses.

A quick shift in focus can make all the difference. 🎨✨

The Latam Stay Safe (LSS) team recently hosted Stay Safe, Stay Creative: Watercolors, an interactive session designed to help employees step away from daily tasks and reset.

By taking a moment to focus on painting instead of emails, our team members cleared their minds, recharged their creative energy, and returned to their work with a fresh perspective. Taking time to pause really is essential to coming back stronger.

Our Unbreakables community recently gathered for an authentic live talk show hosted by Joe Villatoro, Vice President of Ops, featuring author, leader, and Associate Director at Grubhub, Tanisha Parker!

Together, we had an honest conversation about authentic leadership, personal growth, and the core values that shape who we are beyond our job titles. Tanisha delivered a powerful reminder about owning your journey and recognizing your own worth first, because no one can see your value better than you can.
