We recently hosted our Job Shadowing program, giving team members the opportunity to step beyond their usual roles and experience different parts of the business firsthand.

This round, team members from the Figo and the Arca explored various functions across Marketing, Arca Society, and Revenue & Reservation, from hospitality to back-office operations. The experience offered valuable insight into how each team contributes to the bigger picture, while strengthening collaboration across our group.

It was also a great chance to connect, share knowledge, and deepen the spirit of collaboration within our Yulan family.

We grow up, we find a job, we find our own friends, and we grow busier. Eventually we stop spending time with the figure that till this day stand behind us, ready to break the fall.

On March 28th, we went dark for an hour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Earth Hour. It was inspiring to see our guests at the Arca and the Figo participate by pressing their room light buttons and joining the movement.
