The answer is “Snake Soup.”

As the name implies, Snake Soup is made by different kinds of snakes. It is a traditional and local food in Hong Kong.

Snakes are rich in amino acids, protein, and calcium. Glutamate in amino acids can enhance brain function. Aspartate in amino acids can eliminate the fatigue and enhance the digestion. Local people usually drink it to keep warm in winter.

You can put some crispy wontons when you taste it. Some people would like to add vinegar and sesame oil too. It tastes like pepper soup.

Price
Small: $35 - $50
Big: $55 - $70

------About us------

What is your impression on Hong Kong post 90s generation? Lazy? Don’t follow the rules? Or don’t want to work?

We are five post 90s girls from Hong Kong, who enjoy to travel around. We have to admit that all of us contain the above features which seems so negative :P, but it help us to develop a new way of travelling.

Of course we’re lazy, but who want to work hard if they could be lazy? :P So, we’ll provide the most convenient way to get to the destination.
Yes, we hate to follow the meaningless rules. Who said it is a “must” to go to the Avenue of Stars or the Ngong Ping 360 when traveling in Hong Kong?

We like to explore the unusual place and food in which can show more the local culture of Hong Kong.
