What does Pierre love about his with ? The luxurious room? Sure! The outstanding service? Yes! The fulfilling breakfast? Of course!!
But this glamorous bathroom is definitely where Pierre spent most of his time - photo-shooting!! 📸
Decorated with marbles and mirrors, you can not only enjoy a soothing bubble bath, but also a fancy quick shower!

🇬🇧 It's the last weekend to enjoy this spectacular art installation by the ! Composing of twelve 4.5-meter high and 3-meter wide inflated archways filled by LED light and speakers, the will definitely spike up your energy with its colour! 🐷🏰🌈

🇬🇧 Do you remember her? Standing on the cotton tree drive for over 100 years, our "Pink & White Shower" (Cassia Javanica) #節果決明 was once almost certified dead by the government. Thanks to its perseverance and the constant care of the hotel, it is standing firm and strong next to this luxury heritage hotel.
Pierre hopes that Hong Kong people will also be like this beautiful tree, stand firm and strong, looking forward to welcoming the future visitors. 🐷🌳🌸
🇫🇷 Tu te souviens d'elle? Debout sur la cotton tree drive pendant plus de 100 ans, notre «Pink & White Shower» (Cassia Javanica) a été presque certifiée morte par le gouvernement. Grâce à sa persévérance et au soin constant de l'hôtel, il se tient ferme et fort à côté de ce luxueux hôtel du patrimoine.

Ready for some nutrients for your brain? The World Press Photo Exhibition in Hong Kong! 📸
For some "reasons", it was cancelled in March but Pierre is glad that they found another venue to host it! A showcase of award-winning images by worldwide photographers is definitely fascinating. What captures Pierre's heart is the immense stories presented behind these pictures. Faces of Algeria, Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, Maya, Hong Kong and many more were presented in different yet similar emotions. Pierre realised that the world is so big and he is so small. How can we change the world into a better place? 🌍 Maybe start from praying for each faces that we've encountered in the exhibition. 🙏🏻

Highly recommended to pay a visit if you're in town until April 10.

🇬🇧 Hong Kong people love to go to Japan or South Korean in spring for the beautiful cherry blossom. Very rarely we notice that there are also beautiful blossom in Hong Kong! 💐 In April and May, we can see the Bougainvillea (簕杜鵑) everywhere. Don't be fooled by its colourful appearance. The flower of it is actually the tinny tiny yellow flower in the middle. The eye-catchy pink "petal" is actually their leaf, in order to protect the flower bud and to attract insects to help sowing.
Clever, huh? That is why it is also called "paper flower". 🌺
Stay tuned with Pierre to discover the 30m long flower tunnel right next to a local residence in Hong Kong! 🐷🌺💞
🇫🇷 Les Hongkongais aiment bien aller au Japon ou au Coree du sud au printemps pour des fleurs de cerisier. On fait attention tres rarement qu'il y a aussi des belles floraisons a Hong Kong! 💐 En Avril et en Mai, on peut voir la fleur de bougainvillier partout a Hong Kong. Ne vous laissez pas berner par son apparence colorée. La fleur de celui-ci est en fait la fleur jaune toute minuscule au milieu. Le "pétale" rose accrocheur est en fait leur feuille, afin de protéger le bouton floral et d'attirer les insectes pour aider à semer.
C'est astucieux, non? C'est pourquoi il s'apelle aussi "la fleur en papier". 🌺

🇬🇧 Hello to Spring! it also means Hello to flower blossoms! 🌸
What's your favorite blossom in Hong Kong? The cotton tree is definitely one of Pierre's favorite.
The cotton tree flower bloom bright and red. It doesn't fade or wilt. That's why it is sometimes called "Hero tree" or "Hero flower". In winter, you may not pay attention to it with its bare tree trunk. When spring arrives, the "lightbulb-looking" bud bloom into bright, red, proud flower. Then the green leaves comes while the proud flower drops on the ground and finish its life cycle. It's distinct, it's clear, it's bright. 🏵️
The flower meaning of it is "to cherish the people around you, and to cherish the joy at this moment." It's Pierre's little wish to all of you in this turbulent time. Live like a cotton tree flower. 🐷🌺✨
