Mui Wo, also called Silver Mine Bay Beach, named according to the two silver mines in the valley before. Mui Wo is the gateway to Lantau for visitors arriving by ferry, and is well worth exploring. There are numerous hiking trails and temples. Travelling to Mui Wo is easy by ferry.
