Hong Kong 🇭🇰 ✨

Chinese roots, British influence, ultra-modern skyline, old school street markets, lush green mountains, harbor, all in one buzzing package. Hong Kong Island is all glass towers and views, Kowloon is grittier, tighter, neon, incredible food everywhere you look. Both amazing, totally different energy.

The food is some of the best in the world at every level. Hole in the wall noodles, roast goose, very fancy tasting menus, DIM SUM on another level. Too many luxury hotels to easily choose just one (we stayed at one on each side and loved both!).

All of this with daily nonstops from Boston (and plenty of other US locations)!

A little roundup of a big trip!

This holiday trip was a biggie: New Zealand, plus a slightly chaotic flight routing that gave us: two separate 36-hour layovers in Hong Kong an 8-hour layover in Sydney an 8-hour layover in Brisbane SUCH an incredible time, and I am so grateful for all the stops and the buzzing around! R
