街坊們、老友記們，好消息！政府「社區牙科支援計劃」已投入服務！政府幫大家出錢護理牙齒, 75歲或以上長者費用全免。大家唔使再為牙醫費用「牙痛咁聲」啦！

計劃詳情 --
(一) 申請資格🦷🦷:
1. 持有有效香港身份證／豁免登記證明書;
2. 屬於以下人士之一：
a) 65歲或以上、領取長者生活津貼$4250人士; 或
b) 綜援計劃的受助人; 或
c) 醫管局醫療費用減免人士;
3. 登記醫健通(可通過我們辦理)

(二) 服務內容🦷🦷:
- 牙科口腔檢查
- 止痛藥（如需要）
- X光檢查
- 補牙／拔牙（每人每次最多三隻）

(三) 費用🦷🦷:
每次行政費$50元，75歲或以上長者費用全免!

(四) 最新服務 (2026年起）🦷🦷:
- 新增每年一次洗牙服務
- 根管治療（杜牙根）、鑲牙及活動假牙
- 對象擴至無家者，假牙有專屬資助額

(五) 如何申請🦷🦷:
- 可自行或經社工, 聯絡參與計劃嘅牙科診所

- 長者生活津貼
- 長者社區照顧服務券（第二級）
- 家居支援服務（第一或第二級別）
- 綜合家居照顧服務（體弱個案）
- 醫院管理局醫療費用減免
- 已登記醫健通

服務內容:
- 牙科口腔檢查
- 止痛藥（如需要）
- X光檢查
- 補牙／拔牙（每人最多三次，每次$50行政費，部分長者全免!）

Good Morning ☀️ We are Sunny Days Smile, an NGO proud to participate in the Primary Dental Co-Care Pilot Scheme For Adolescents (PDCC). PDCC guides adolescents to foster long-term relationship with private dentists or dentists of NGOs by subsidising part of the cost of dental check-up, so as to promote their life-long habit of regular dental check-ups for prevention of dental diseases. Each eligible person can receive the subsidised services once every calendar year from a participating dentist of his or her choice who have enrolled in the programme. 🦷

Target Beneficiaries:

- Adolescent aged 13 to 17 (or will be aged 13 in the calendar year the application to enrol is made. A person will cease to be eligible once he reaches the age of 18);
- Holds a valid Hong Kong Identity Card; and,
- Has joined the Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHealth).

Hello! Please check out the Community Dental Support Programme (CDSP) to see if you are eligible for this program. CDSP aims to promote early identification and timely intervention of dental diseases among the underprivileged groups with financial difficulties through provision of subsidised services.

Eligible persons can choose a dental clinic operated by participating non-governmental organisations (NGOs) either by approaching the clinic him/herself or through arrangement by a Registered Social Worker to receive the subsidised services under CDSP. Sunny Days Smiles is proud to be an NGO participating in this program. 🦷
