A LOCALLY BASED full service Vacation Rental And Property Management Service We have been renting properties on Utila for the past ten years.

We are Tony & Jo, and we've been happily on Utila for over 15 years, living the life and the lifestyle that is Utila. We've been involved in everything from restaurants to bars, bars to hotels and real estate, and we currently own The Gardens. With excellent VRBO and Trip Advisor reviews for what we do naturally, we have found ourselves in the position of having more properties presented to us for

rental and property management, and the need to present them in a competent and professional manner; hence our going formal with what we have been doing all along! We do everything from maintenance to booking, accounting and making sure deposits are submitted in a timely manner to the owners of the homes we are currently representing. If you'd like us to take care of your guests, be it a simple booking and assistance for in country travel, or arranging full excursions for anything from snorkeling to overnight stays in Cayos Cochinos, just let us know! Another for The Gardens!

Tony met us at the ferry dock, helped us with our luggage and proceeded to give us an excursion around the town and surrounding areas, pointing out the places we could eat, buy groceries, rent a scooter, or golf cart. He showed us our place and told us about the island and made us comfortable about our surroundings. Both Tony and Jo were promptly responsive if we had any questions. Their staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We feel like we’ve made some great friends!

The Sea Hibiscus was great... very clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The beach was nice, the view was fantastic and it was close to town. The waves were a little strong to snorkel off the shore in front of the house while we were there since its on the east side of the island but the dive boats anchor there and the snorkel guides I've seen talk about the great diving in that area. Tony & Jo were extremely responsive and met us at the ferry dock. We rented a side by side which was very convenient (though the road was better than expected so a golf cart or scooter would have worked fine) but the house is within walking distance to the main Utila town if you don't want to rent a vehicle.

Tony and Jo are OUTSTANDING hosts, and I felt so welcome and comfortable staying with them. Not only is their Airbnb first-class, but they are extremely helpful, communicative and kind. I had a few questions during my stay that Tony and Jo were quick to respond to with helpful answers and support. I really felt like family. ❤️ Their Airbnb is immaculately kept, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay: hot water, fast and reliable WiFi (for remote work!) air conditioning, a kitchen stocked with essential tools, appliances, ample storage space, and plenty of room to live comfortably. I had not seen a more comfortable spot on the island. 😊 Their place is off of the main road, perfect for restful nights, and far enough from the hustle bustle of morning dive shops and late night celebrations… every night was peaceful as can be. For a new comer to Utila (or even a veteran), or a remote worker, this place is guaranteed to be perfect for your stay. Hands down ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!"

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Naranja. Tony and Jo welcomed my family so warmly, which set the tone for a great trip. The location is perfect amazing ocean views, a refreshing breeze, and a beautiful pool. The house was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances, full AC, and both solar and regular power. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, the beds cozy, and the main bedroom was huge. Tony and Jo even offered to shop for groceries before our arrival we didn’t end up using the service, but it was great to have the option. They also provided a super helpful booklet with tips on restaurants, activities, and dive shops. Another great detail: the fridge is connected to a drinking water system, so there was always cold water and ice. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend staying here or anywhere hosted by Tony and Jo!
