A LOCALLY BASED full service Vacation Rental And Property Management Service We have been renting properties on Utila for the past ten years.

We are Tony & Jo, and we've been happily on Utila for over 15 years, living the life and the lifestyle that is Utila. We've been involved in everything from restaurants to bars, bars to hotels and real estate, and we currently own The Gardens. With excellent VRBO and Trip Advisor reviews for what we do naturally, we have found ourselves in the position of having more properties presented to us for

rental and property management, and the need to present them in a competent and professional manner; hence our going formal with what we have been doing all along! We do everything from maintenance to booking, accounting and making sure deposits are submitted in a timely manner to the owners of the homes we are currently representing. If you'd like us to take care of your guests, be it a simple booking and assistance for in country travel, or arranging full excursions for anything from snorkeling to overnight stays in Cayos Cochinos, just let us know! Take a look at the updates on Jerico Place, a 3 bedroom 2 bath property in town on a paved road! New paint, new windows, new window dressings, AND, because you asked for it, now with a custom Master Bath ensuite to the Master Bedroom! Utilizing imported mosaic marble on the floor, porcelain tiles on the shower wall, limestone on the shower floor to assure safe footing, tiled custom built vanity with a top mounted vessel sitting under a repurposed antique mirror and more. This isn't the old Jerico Place, but one the Owners wanted to have a fresh new look, and we have delivered what many of our returning guests have asked for. Christmas is coming and we’re ready~ we were fortunate to be able provide 108 toys for the annual toy giveaway that Lance Bodden’s has been doing for 25 years. We do this every year and this year M&M and FML contributed making it a banner year for Utila Vacation Rentals!

Another for The Gardens!

Tony met us at the ferry dock, helped us with our luggage and proceeded to give us an excursion around the town and surrounding areas, pointing out the places we could eat, buy groceries, rent a scooter, or golf cart. He showed us our place and told us about the island and made us comfortable about our surroundings. Both Tony and Jo were promptly responsive if we had any questions. Their staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We feel like we’ve made some great friends!
