We’re looking for someone who truly loves the ocean and takes pride in giving guests an amazing and safe snorkeling experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is responsible, hardworking, and extremely comfortable in the water.
Requirements:
✔ Strong swimmer – very confident in the ocean
✔ Responsible and punctual (very important)
✔ Experience working with customers or leading groups
✔ Positive attitude and professional with guests
✔ Safety-oriented and attentive in the water
✔ Loves the ocean and marine life
✔ Humble team player
✔ Quick Learner who takes initiative
✔ Physically fit and able to swim for extended periods
What the job involves:
• Leading snorkeling tours and guiding guests in the water
• Making sure everyone feels safe and comfortable
• Creating a fun and memorable experience for visitors
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Clearly explain snorkeling instructions and safety procedures, as well as highlighting reef conservation.
• Help guests properly fit masks, snorkels, fins, and flotation devices
Safety
• Prioritize guest safety at all times
• Identify potential hazards such as currents, boat traffic, or weather changes
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
• Maintain proper headcounts and group control
• Follow all company and marine park safety guidelines
• Lead snorkeling groups safely through reef areas
• Monitor guests closely while in the water
• Assist less confident swimmers
