🌿 Olive Harvest Time at Casa Conte Istria 🌿

There’s something truly magical about this season — the sound of olives falling into the nets, the golden sunlight on the trees, and that first taste of fresh, peppery olive oil. 🫒✨

Every year, we handpick our olives with love and take them to the local mill, where they’re pressed within hours. The result? Pure, extra virgin olive oil — rich, fragrant, and full of the taste of our land. 💛

From our trees to the table — this is the essence of slow living and simple joy. 🤩
