Royaluxs Villas & Apartments has prepared a set of measures and decisions for you to protect you from COVID-19 disease and provide you with a safe and carefree holiday in our accommodation.
CROATIA CORONA FREE COUNTRY
Croatia is a country that introduced pandemic measures early. Only 12 deaths per million inhabitants were recorded in Croatia, in contrast to Germany, which recorded 65 deaths caused by coronavirus per million inhabitants. The advantage of Croatia is that there are many accommodation facilities in which it is possible to keep the space among the guests. Croatian authorities will make new travel decisions by the end of May.
MEASURES TO PROTECT GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES
Disinfection of accommodation
All our facilities are carefully cleaned and disinfected with special means after each change of guests.
Secure guest check-in
The health of our guests and employees is a top priority for us. Therefore, we have developed a plan of measures for safe check-in and check-out of guests in accommodation units. All our guest's check-in at the reception, which is protected by the regulations of the health organization.
NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be free of charge up to 3 days before arrival for new bookings until the end of September. In case of late cancellation, 90% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, unused accommodation, or early departure, 100% of the reservation will be charged. Exceptions are possible for some hotels.
TRANSFER OF RESERVATION TO THE 2021 SEASON.
If there are travel restrictions and arrival is therefore not possible, we also offer to change the reservation to 2021. Due to the emergency, it is possible to change the reservation for the same travel period, only with a period of one year, without additional fees. If you want to transfer your stay to another season, the price will adjust to the seasonal price difference for 2020, depending on the travel period.
