It was a pleasure welcoming our UK partners, Mundus Representation to Croatia and sharing the destinations, experiences and people that make our work so special.

From Split and Hvar to Dubrovnik, these six days were about much more than discovering Croatia, they were about strengthening connections, exchanging ideas and building on a partnership we truly value.

A heartfelt thank you to Andre and Jake for their wonderful energy, enthusiasm and trust.

Here's to a great partnership and many exciting projects ahead! ❤️

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲: 𝗢𝗡. 🌊☀️
A boat ride, one seriously good beach club, Mediterranean lunch, sea dips and absolutely no reason to check the time.

Because sometimes the best part of the program is simply disappearing for the day. 😎

This is what incentive travel should feel like.

This is our kind of office: sunset, sea views and a table waiting by the water. This October, Martina is swapping the Adriatic for Las Vegas and heading to IMEX America.

If Croatia is on your radar for an upcoming incentive or event, come say hi, talk ideas, steal a few local tips and probably hear about a place that isn’t in the brochure yet.

Looking forward to great conversations, fresh ideas and a few days surrounded by people who love this industry as much as we do.

This post belongs to the people behind the scenes: the ones who arrived first for every pre-check, walked every route before the guests did, double-checked every setup, solved challenges before they became problems, and were always the last to leave the venue: Jelena & Roko.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬. ✨
The first event of the season is always a special one.
And this one? It set the bar high, right from day one.

Our MARBER DMC Dubrovnik team had the privilege of bringing an extraordinary few days to a close at Hotel Excelsior, one of the most iconic venues in the city. After days of experiences, activities and memories made together, the final evening deserved to be something truly special. And it was.

The brief? A Game of Thrones inspired setting: dramatic, bold and unlike anything we had done before. But with one important twist: every element was rooted in something deeply meaningful to the company and the people in that room. Long tables. Candlelight. Cascading greenery. Gold. Deep burgundy. And a room full of people who earned every seat at that table.

Because the most memorable events are never just about aesthetics, they are about making people feel seen.

None of it would have been possible without the dedication, creativity and heart that Jelena and Martina poured into every single detail.

Here's to a season full of moments like this. 🥂

From walking the ancient walls to chasing the best bites in hidden corners, this city is pure magic.

These are our all-time favorites: the spots, the views, and the bites that made us fall in love with Dubrovnik over and over again.
