⛵ Time has come to change the downwind setup.

Spinnakers are out; gennakers are in -along with custom-built bowsprits, made specifically for our classic First 45.

Why? The asymmetric rig offers better handling efficiency, reduces crew workload, delivers consistent performance across a wider range of downwind angles. It's a solution that aligns with current regatta standards, still remain accessible to a broad community of sailors.
The result: an expanded regatta calendar and a more versatile, user-friendly fleet.

We've completely renewed all 10 First 45 yachts. New biminis, sprayhoods and sun awnings on every boat.

More shade, more comfort, more quality time on deck for our charter guests.

Did you know Májová regata has been sailing since 2001, making it one of the most prestigious sailing races in Czechia and Slovakia? Every year around 200 sailors gather to compete on the water, from experienced racers in the One Design classes to complete beginners in the Fun&Learn category, who learn to sail right alongside the race.

The 2027 edition takes place May 1–8 (sailing week May 3–6) at Marina Tribunj in Croatia, and registration has been open for a while now. Some boats are already nearly full, but there's still a chance to join.

Two spots left. Ten identical yachts. One start line.

The Croatia Regatta is back for its 2026 edition (26 September - 3 October), and this time the whole fleet is nearly complete. Sailors from the Netherlands, the United States, Slovenia, Spain and Germany are already on the entry list, ready to race identical Salona 46s from Marina Kaštela through Vrboska, Palmižana, Hvar and Milna.

Only two Salona 46 charter spots remain before the One Design class is full. Once they're gone, that's it. Ten boats, ten crews, no more room on the line.

No full crew? You can still join. A limited number of yachts are set aside for individual sailors, complete with an experienced skipper and cabin accommodation for the week. No previous racing experience needed.
