How do I reach Korcula’s more secluded beaches?

Many of Korcula’s secluded beaches, like Pavja Luka and Bacva Bay, are best reached by car, scooter or for the more active traveller by bike.

We've wrapped up the first month of the 2025 tour season, and what a joy it's been already!

We've been busy biking, walking, wine and gin tasting, dipping bread in delicious olive oil, 'cheersing' with local brandy and ohhing over tasty homemade jams, trying to decide our favourites - which is a very difficult decision to make!!

For a truly remote beach experience, hop on a boat to Proizd Island, located just off the coast of Vela Luka.

It took us years before we first visited Proizd Islet. There was really no excuse for not visiting sooner!

It is absolutely heavenly and is well worth the trek there, even if you are staying on the other side of the island.

We moved to Korcula from the UK in 2010 after falling in love with the island after several previous visits. Over the years we have grown a successful travel company, which we are very proud of. The company has changed with the needs of travellers to Korcula and we love every moment of what we do.

Since 2013 we have been running tours on Korcula to share authentic experiences of the island with visitors. Our tours immerse people into the local wine, beer & food producing culture. The experiences are informative but most importantly fun with plentiful tastings and intimate group sizes.
