The 83 m² holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building. It has a separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. It features a liv

ing and dining area with an integrated, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. The air-conditioned (heating and cooling) living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a side table, a satellite TV, and a dining table with six chairs. The open fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. Right next door, the fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, and even a coffee machine. The two bedrooms each have a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, and wardrobes with plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. One of the two sofas in the living room can be converted into an additional 160 cm x 200 cm double bed for two children. The bright, daylight-filled bathroom features a shower cubicle, a vanity with a wall mirror, a toilet, and a washing machine. Reliable Wi-Fi internet access is also available free of charge in your holiday apartment. Two secure parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. If you don't want to travel without your pet, they are also welcome here. Your holiday apartment is located just 2 km from the nearest beach with crystal-clear water.
