💬 Edivo Wines explains the process: We use a 0.75L glass bottle that goes into a clay amphora, protecting it with a good cork and two layers of rubber. We then submerge it in the sea to a depth of 18-25 meters for more than 700 days.

While many charterers fight for a marina spot and pay high rates, you can still anchor under the stars in a quiet bay. Reorganize your day-to-day program to skip charter boat crowds.
⛵ Uvala Krknjaši near Trogir. Tour boats come and go, but if you anchor for the night, you’ll have the lagoon all to yourself.
⛵ Ston Bay on the Pelješac Peninsula offers ancient salt pans and the longest European stone walls as attractions.
⛵ Luka Polače, Mljet NP, is perfect if you want to wake up in a national park, sip coffee while fish jump around your boat, and paddleboard through the stillest water in Croatia.
