In a modern, urban villa with eight apartments, located in Makarska, town district „Zelenka“, we have a three bedroom apartment over two floors for lease.

The apartment has three double bedrooms for 6+2 persons and a surface of 94 m2.

Seventh and eighth person, sleep on the two couches in the living room.

The apartment has a separate entrance, balconies and bathrooms on both floors, three double bedrooms, an open kitchen, dining and living room in one space.

Sat tv, air conditioning and wi-fi internet are standard equipment of apartment, as well as one parking space and a garage.

Straight line distance to the beach is 545 meters and real distance is 630 meters (by car or on foot). Half of way is through a pine tree forest...

Passage for pedestrians under main road is available.
