Minimum stay 7 nights. Maximum 8 persons - adults/child 2/1 + 2/1 + 1/11/16 persons. Additional beds 2x 1/1 or 2/2 for 2 persons, 1x cot for a child up to 2 years old.
Washing machine at extra cost upon guest's request.
The owners live on a separate floor of the house - in the basement. The owners are available 365 days/24 hours a day.

Discount on the price;
- for a stay of 2 to 4 people 5%
- for stays longer than 12 nights 5%
- for early booking and advance payment 90 days before arrival, 5% discount
Hospitality:
