The villa with 7 luxurious studio apartments is located in the best location in the town of Murter, just a minute's easy walk to Slanica beach and 5 minutes to the center of Murter. The villa is located in a pedestrian zone (no traffic or noise from cars) that leads to the beach Slanica. In front of the house there is a large terrace of 400 m2 and a pool of 75 m2 with hydromassage tubes and 2 water hydromassage geysers. There is also a cocktail bar on the terrace next to the pool, so you can enjoy peace and quiet while sipping refreshing cocktails in the surroundings of centuries-old olive groves. The apartments are spacious with king-size beds, anti-allergic mattresses, pillow program and all modern equipment such as smart TV, star-link internet connection, kitchenette with coffee machine... the terrace of the apartment is spacious with two deckchairs and a table for morning drinks coffee with a view of the Kornati Islands. The service of maids is available throughout the day, and the apartments are cleaned every day, and bed linen and towels are changed upon request. There is also the possibility of a rich breakfast.
The pool water is also used to irrigate the plants and trees in the environment, and fresh water is poured into the pool every day with filtering, so that the pool water is impeccably clean and fresh.
