This beautiful private Villa is situated in the center of Opatija and near to the ‘’Lungo Mare’’ – a famous sea promenade with many small beaches where you can take a swim, or indulge in some of the famous seafood restaurants in nearby fisherman's village of Volosko . Excellent location with a supermarket and fresh vegetable/fruit and fish market just down the road as well as the post office and banks just far enough to offer quiet and peaceful accommodation. There is a child playground in the front garden.
