Towering bamboo surrounds you in every direction, creating a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the city. It's one of Japan's most iconic sights—and absolutely lived up to the hype.

🐋 Hands down, one of the coolest things I've ever done.

Swimming with humpback whales had been on my bucket list for years, and Moorea made that dream a reality.

As we cruised through the waters of the South Pacific, we waited quietly for our guides to spot a whale. Once they did, we slipped into the water to listen to their haunting songs and, if the whales were comfortable with our presence, swim alongside these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.

There are moments in travel that stay with you forever... this was one of them.

While exploring high up in the lush Tahitian jungle, we came across this incredible tunnel that was hand-chiseled through solid rock. Standing inside it, you can't help but wonder how much time, effort, and determination it took to create something like this by hand.

It's moments like these that remind you that Tahiti is so much more than beautiful beaches and overwater bungalows. Beyond the turquoise lagoons lies a rugged interior filled with waterfalls, dense rainforest, dramatic mountain scenery, and fascinating history.

There is nothing quite like cracking open a fresh coconut on a tropical island. In Moorea, we had the chance to enjoy one straight from the tree—first the refreshing coconut water, then the soft, creamy meat inside.

Simple moments like this often become the ones you remember most. No fancy restaurant, no schedule... just fresh island flavors, warm sunshine, and slowing down long enough to appreciate where you are.

Washington, D.C. is one of those places everyone should experience at least once.

I'll admit, I expected it to be impressive—but it exceeded every expectation.

Walking among our nation's monuments and memorials is something that's hard to put into words. Seeing the history, the architecture, and the stories behind each monument gives you a whole new appreciation for the people and events that shaped our country.

Whether it's standing at the World War II Memorial, reflecting at the Lincoln Memorial, or simply strolling the National Mall, there's a feeling you can only experience by being there.

If Washington, D.C. isn't on your travel list yet, I'd encourage you to add it. It's educational, inspiring, and truly one of America's greatest destinations.

🖤 Have you ever walked on a black sand beach?

Most people picture Tahiti with white sand and turquoise lagoons, but one of my favorite memories was something completely different.

After spending the day exploring the lush Tahitian jungle, chasing waterfalls, and winding through the island's tropical interior, we ended the day watching surfers ride the waves on Tahiti's stunning black sand beach.

The contrast was incredible—the jet-black volcanic sand against the bright blue ocean, the white waves rolling onto shore, and the deep green mountains in the distance. It was one of those moments that makes you stop, take a deep breath, and simply soak it all in.

Tahiti is so much more than overwater bungalows. It's dramatic landscapes, hidden waterfalls, incredible culture, and unforgettable experiences around every corner.
