Naš vodič, prilagođen suvremenim potrebama tržišta, pruža sve važne informacije o smještaju i okolnim sadržajima na jednom mjestu, dostupne 24/7 putem mobilnih uređaja. Naša priča zapo

čela je jednostavnim digitalnim vodičem, personaliziranim za apartman jednog od osnivača, s ciljem da gostima olakša pristup provjerenim lokalnim preporukama. Kroz iskustva u radu s gostima prepoznali smo važnost digitalne dostupnosti informacija – od preporuka restorana, atrakcija, aktivnosti do jednostavnih odgovora na pitanja poput “Gdje parkirati?” ili “Kako doći do smještaja?”. Kako bismo vlasnicima smještaja omogućili učinkovitiju organizaciju i uštedu vremena, napravili smo novi korak u razvoju My Holiday Guide platforme – potpunu automatizaciju procesa izrade vodiča. Sada, unosom samo osnovnih podataka o smještaju, vlasnici mogu u nekoliko sekundi generirati vlastiti digitalni vodič, personaliziran za svaki objekt. Ovaj korak omogućava našim korisnicima lakše povezivanje s gostima i poboljšava kvalitetu usluge koju pružaju. Kontinuirano radimo na inovacijama kako bismo stvorili alat s kompletnim rješenjima za unapređenje poslovanja iznajmljivača, uključujući booking sustav, prijavu gostiju, prodaju domaćih proizvoda, recenziranje smještajne jedinice, oglašavanje...
