Our website is available in four languages – English, German, Dutch and Croatian. In order to offer to our guests the best possible value for money, while selecting the holiday homes and apartments we pay a lot of attention to the following criteria: the level of furnishing and cleanliness, the mycro location of the facility, the garden and the surroundings of the property, as well as the kindness and the hospitality of the host wit the goal to enable our guests to spend their holiday in Istria in a relaxing and homely atmosphere. The selection of the holiday homes and apartments is made by our experienced employees paying attention that only the facilities which fulfill our high set standards enter in our offer. The company, as well as contracting of holiday homes and apartments is managed from its headquarter in Poreč in which at the moment work 8 employees. Villa Rocco is an old renovated stone house located in the village Kozljak, on the western slopes of the mountain Ucka and approx. 11 km from the sea.

The holiday home has a fully fenced yard of 500 sqm in which guests have at their disposal a swimming pool of 24 sqm with 4 deck chairs, a covered terrace with a seating set and a summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table.

Hiža Luja is a lovely holiday home with a beautiful view of the lake Butoniga.

This charming, renovated stone house is situated in the village Klarici, on an elevated position with a stunning panoramic view of the lake Butoniga on one side and Motovun on the other.

The house was built in 2007 and renovated in 2023 combining traditional Istrian architecture and modern furniture.
