Remember those ruins I've been talking about?

They're in Stari Bar, Montenegro, a place that wasn't supposed to be on our cruise itinerary.

A few more visual hints about tomorrow's post. Any guesses? These ruins have seen Romans, Byzantine, Venetian and Ottomans come and go. They're an easy cruise excursion from a port that's often overshadowed by its famous neighbors.

Just in time for late summer travel -- the Jet Lag Planner ✈️

I entered the flight details from my recent trip to Europe and it was definitely "High Difficulty." This app tells you how to adjust sleep before your trip, on the plane (if you're lucky!) and upon arrival. It even tells you when to caffeinate.
