The Advent spirit has already taken hold of us!!!

At Villa Olive Garden Platinum, preparations are underway to make this Advent and winter holidays unforgettable! And from the beginning of December, we will be dressing our balcony with a whirlpool bath in winter clothes and turning it into a winter garden with relaxation in hydromassage and aromatherapy, and an unforgettable view of the Novigrad Sea!
..and there are rumors that this year's Zadar Advent will be unforgettable too!!!

A beautiful stone villa with an XL pool and waterfall, located in an ecological olive grove on a hill above Posedarje. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located in a secluded area on a 6000 m2 plot, and the center of the town is 1600 meters away. The villa has a large pool with a waterfall and a hot tub with a beautiful view of the Novigrad Sea. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has an open wood-burning barbecue. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and a storage room with a laundry room. In front of the kitchen and living room there is a huge covered terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the olive grove and the sounds of nature and the scents of Mediterranean plants. Floating stairs from the living room will take you to the second floor where there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the master bedroom, enjoy the spa area, treat yourself to a bath in the freestanding bathtub next to the bioethanol fireplace, overlooking the Novigrad Bay. All bedrooms have access to a balcony where you can enjoy a massage bath in the hot tub with a magnificent view of the olive groves, nature and the Novigrad Sea, and the surrounding villages. The villa also has an outdoor barbecue, and secured parking spaces in the fenced yard. It is suitable for families with pets.
