Finally can we offer genuine accommodation in a newly renovated house located by the sea (access to own beach) on a peninsula in the village of Razanj; about 50 km south of Sibenik and 4.5 km north of Split. The house is about 80 sqm consisting of two equally large apartments (two apartments with two bedrooms each) and has everything needed for a genu

ine and relaxing holiday. Are you two families renting the whole or are you a family renting half the house and experience Croatia from its best side. Ventilation, temperature gauge, smoke alarm, AC, SAT-TV, evacuation plan, etc. We have received *** from the Croatian Ministry of Tourism for our apartments. The nearest shop is ~ 250 m, to the village center it is ~ 250 m. Access to barbecue, patio, a terrace above the sea and private beach below the house are available. Experience the nature of Croatia:
From Razanj it is about 50 km to Krka National Park (www.npkrka.hr) where you take your own car (we can arrange transfers if desired). To NP Kornati (the red islands www.kornati.hr) boats depart daily from the nearest port. If you like challenges, you can easily go to two more NPs: Plitvice (www.np-plitvicka-jezera.hr) or if you like to climb and enjoy mountains and cliffs to Paklenica (www.paklenica.hr/). Welcome to our beautiful house in Razanj below Rogoznica with one of the best locations along the entire Croatian coast.
The house has 2 beautiful and cozy apartments, just 1 meter from the sea. Each apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with dining area for 6 people and living room in one, own large terrace overlooking the sea, own outdoor grill, own terrace and the sea and the beach below the house. There is room for your own boat below the house. Possibility to rent SUP from us, both for beginners and professionals. A buoy for your own boat is located below the house and you can anchor your boat during your entire stay in Razanj.
Razanj is located about 15 km from the romantic resort of Rogoznica. Spend your vacation away from mass tourism and enjoy it in our quiet and peaceful house.
Fantastic location, calm and quiet surroundings with breathtaking sea views nestled in the sunset.
The sea is wonderfully fresh and crystal clear. Simply perfect for bathing, swimming and snorkeling.

Willkommen in unserem schönen Haus in Razanj unterhalb von Rogoznica mit einer der besten Lagen entlang der gesamten kroatischen Küste.
Das Haus verfügt über 2 schöne und gemütliche Wohnungen, nur 1 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Jede Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Essbereich für 6 Personen und Wohnzimmer in einem, eigene große Terrasse über dem Meer, eigenen Außengrill, eigene Terrasse und das Meer und den Strand unterhalb des Hauses. Unterhalb des Hauses ist Platz für Ihr eigenes Boot. Möglichkeit, bei uns SUP zu mieten, sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Profis. Eine Boje für Ihr eigenes Boot befindet sich unterhalb des Hauses und Sie können Ihr Boot während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts in Razanj ankern.
Razanj liegt etwa 15 km vom romantischen Ferienort Rogoznica entfernt. Verbringen Sie Ihren Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus und genießen Sie ihn in unserem ruhigen und friedlichen Haus.
Fantastische Lage, ruhige und stille Umgebung mit atemberaubendem Meerblick eingebettet in den Sonnenuntergang.
Das Meer ist wunderbar frisch und kristallklar. Einfach perfekt zum Baden, Schwimmen und Schnorcheln.

Many people ask me the same question: Where is Razanj Darko?

I always answer, Razanj is one of the best holiday resorts along the entire Adriatic coast and is located just south of Rogoznica.

You can even swim to Rogoznica (if you are good at swimming I would say).
