On 22 October, The Signature Dish: 4 of a Kind returns to Cap Aureo in Rovinj, bringing together six chefs, four MICHELIN Stars, science and art for its 2026 humanitarian gourmet edition.
This year’s theme, Science on the Plate – The Fifth Taste: A Mediterranean in Transformation, explores how changing seas, landscapes and biodiversity are reshaping the Mediterranean — and how gastronomy can help us understand those changes.
Jeffrey James Vella, Emanuele Scarello, Marina Gaši, Danijel & Ilja Đekić and Maša Salopek will present five culinary interpretations inspired by a Mediterranean in transformation, while Raiven joins the evening as a special musical guest.
